Job summary

NCS is seeking a seasoned Backend Developer and Architect to design scalable microservices-based platforms deployed on Kubernetes. You will work across Java and Golang backends, integrate RabbitMQ or Kafka messaging, and contribute to CI/CD via GitLab pipelines.

The role requires Linux experience, scripting in Python/Bash, and collaboration with AI and frontend teams to deliver robust APIs and data flows across distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and review microservices for high availability and scalability.
• Proactively monitor systems and perform root-cause analyses.
• Build and deploy containerized apps with Docker and manage Kubernetes clusters.
• Configure and troubleshoot GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Design cache and data management for high availability and consistency.
• Develop backend services in Java and Golang.
• Write Python and Bash scripts for automation and deployments.
• Collaborate with frontend and AI teams to integrate APIs.
