Job summary

Cookies Quartet Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to drive new business with major corporate gifts, large events, and customized solutions. You will manage key accounts, forecast sales, and coordinate with marketing, production, and logistics to meet client needs.

The role requires at least four years in a KAM or similar role in FMCG/food, fluent English/Cantonese/Mandarin, and strong negotiation and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• Experience developing new clients and new markets.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar management role in FMCG/food industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin with HK/Chinese cultural understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to acquire new enterprises and large customers; manage new customer development plans aligned with business objectives.
• Drive B2B growth focusing on corporate gifts, large-scale event catering, and customized solutions.
• Build long-term partnerships with decision-makers; understand needs and provide excellent service.
• Ensure accurate sales forecasting and achieve key customer targets for specified categories.
• Collaborate with marketing, production, and logistics to meet product needs and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to inform strategic actions.
• Plan and execute promotions; discuss pricing with customers and complete contracts.
