Bank of Shanghai (Hong Kong) Limited invites a seasoned risk professional for the role of Assistant Vice President, Credit Risk Assessment. You will perform independent credit analysis on corporate and FI clients, review financials and industry trends to identify key risks and ensure policy alignment.

You will collaborate with business units to facilitate credit approvals, provide risk comments and mitigations, and support portfolio monitoring and ad hoc risk projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Accounting, Finance. CFA or FRM preferred.
• 8+ years of Corporate/FI credit risk experience for AVP level; 5+ years for AM level.
• Strong analytical mind with solid presentation skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with business units and other risk functions.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese; Putonghua an added advantage.

Mansioni

• Perform independent and in-depth credit analysis on proposals for Corporates, Non-Bank FIs and Banks, including syndicated loans and project finance.
• Evaluate financial statements, industry analysis and transaction structures to identify key credit risks.
• Collaborate with Business Units to facilitate credit approvals and provide comments on major credit terms.
• Structure comments and mitigations on risks, covenants and conditions precedent/subsequent; advise higher authorities for approval.
• Support post-monitoring activities and periodic portfolio reviews; participate in ad hoc risk management projects.
