Grant Thornton Hong Kong Limited, the HK member of Grant Thornton International, seeks Senior Associates in Business Risk Services (FS Focus) to perform risk assessment, internal audit and regulatory advisory work. You will draft papers, assess risks, and provide actionable recommendations while guiding junior staff.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, proposal development, and engagement planning to deliver value in a dynamic financial services setting.

Qualifikationen

• University graduate with at least 3 years’ experience in internal audit, risk management and compliance review.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business; CPA/CIA/CISA or equivalent desirable.
• Experience in financial services or licensed corporations is a plus.
• Knowledge of AML controls is a plus.
• Strong analytical, writing and communication skills; English, Cantonese and Putonghua beneficial.

Senior Associates - Business Risk Services (FS Focus)

• Plan and perform risk assessment, internal audit, internal controls, governance and regulatory compliance related advisory engagements, which includes drafting work papers and reporting the review results.


• Assess client’s issues, risks and controls critically.


• Collaborate with the team members and clients to provide value-added recommendations.


• Assist in the practice and business development in creating proposals, budgets, and work plans.


• Supervise the fieldwork and coach junior staff for growth.

Requirements

• University graduate with at least 3 years’experience in internal audit, risk management and compliance review within a large accounting firm, financial institution, multinational or listed companies


• Bachelor's degreein accounting, finance or in a business related field; preferably with CPA, CIA or CISA or relevant professional designation


• Experiencein financial services sector or licensed corporations is a plus


• Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering and related controls is a plus


• Good analytical, critical thinking and report writing skills


• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills


• Good command of verbal and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua and proficient in MS Office
