Hassell Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Associate to lead workplace and commercial interior projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with clients and teams to shape innovative design solutions. You will guide projects with hands-on leadership, strong design thinking, and an understanding of local context.

You’ll have opportunities to step into a leadership role within Hassell’s Hong Kong team, mentoring designers and influencing the studio’s future direction across Asia and Southeast

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in design studios and on workplace projects.
• Proven ability to lead projects independently or with a principal and present to clients.
• Strong design sensibility with delivery, documentation, and software proficiency (Revit, Adobe Suite).

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front on workplace and commercial interior projects from concept through delivery.
• Mentor designers in the Hong Kong team and contribute to studio direction.
