Job description

• Assist in drafting and updating various fund materials, such as pitch books, fact sheets, newsletters, and due diligence questionnaires.
• Analyze and interpret fund performance, risk, and attribution data using a combination of external and in-house tools and systems.
• Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to internal and external stakeholders
• Support risk management function, including risk metrics monitoring and regular risk reporting to internal/external parties (as required).
• Participate in various projects and initiatives to improve the firm’s operational efficiency and to enhance the quality of deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Quantitative Finance or a related discipline.
• More than 2 years’ relevant work experience within the financial services industry or an audit firm would be helpful.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, advanced knowledge in performing financial data analysis
• High proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and platforms such as Excel VBA, Bloomberg, and FactSet.
• Genuine passion for designing, formatting, and developing professional presentation slide decks.
• Good work ethic, reliable, organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated. Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating effectively in a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an excellent command of English and Mandarin Chinese.
