Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Finance & Administration professional in Hong Kong to support monthly management reporting, financial projections and group accounting functions. The role involves data verification across reporting tools on a daily, weekly and monthly cadence and collaboration with internal and external parties for day-to-day duties.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in finance/accounting, with 3+ years in finance/treasury, strong English and Chinese, and proficiency in Excel, Word

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent.
• 3+ years of professional work experience in finance, accounting and/or treasury; audit experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, detail-minded, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Good command of English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel (V-lookup and Pivot Table).
• Experience in digital assets a plus.

The F&A team comprises multiple functions from Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detailed-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopes

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly management reports
• Support financial projections and group accounting functions
• Verify data from different reporting tools by daily/ weekly/ monthly basis
• Coordinate with the internal and external parties to handle day-to-day duties
• Manage all aspects of cash and digital asset for the Group
• Provide finance and accounting assistance with new business initiatives
• Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent
• 3 years + professional work experience in finance, accounting and/or treasury; audit experience a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills, good team player, detail-minded, self-motivated, able to multi-task and able to work under pressure
• The habit of paying painstaking attention to details, correct data and following procedures meticulously
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel (V-lookup and Pivot Table)
• Prior experience in digital assets a plus
• Immediate availability preferred
