Job summary

Environmental Engineer role focusing on environmental management plans, monitoring, and BEAM/LEED compliance. The position involves supporting license applications, training, meetings, and handling inquiries. Fluency in English and Cantonese, with independent work capability, is required.

The candidate should have a degree in Environmental Engineering/Science and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with LEED/AP BD+C and BEAM Plus knowledge considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in Environmental Engineering/Environmental Science (or equivalent).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP (BD+C) preferable.
• Good knowledge of BEAM Plus schemes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project-specific environmental management plans and mitigation procedures.
• Carry out regular environmental monitoring and audits.
• Ensure effective implementation of the Environmental Management System.
• Assist in license applications, provide environmental training, attend meetings, handle environmental complaints/enquiries.
• Assist in BEAM Plus and/or LEED requirements implementation.
