Job summary

This Hong Kong-based role seeks a Senior/Environmental Officer to implement the company’s environmental policy on construction sites and to drive environmental initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee compliance with local regulations and coordinate with on-site teams to ensure sustainable practices.

Requirements include a degree in Environmental Engineering or related field, at least three years in construction environmental management, BEAM Plus experience preferred, and membership

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Environmental Engineering or related disciplines.
• 3 years of relevant experience in environmental management for construction projects.
• Experience with BEAM Plus projects preferred; membership of professional environmental institutions preferred and BEAM/WELL/LEED accreditations are advantageous.

• Responsible for implementing the Companys policy in environmental management and driving the execution of environmental initiatives on site.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Environmental Engineering or related disciplines;
• 3 years of relevant experience in environmental management for construction projects;
• Experience in BEAM Plus projects is preferred;
• Membership of relevant professional environmental institutions (MHKIQEP, MCIWEM C.Env, MHKIE, MHKIEIA, MHKIOA etc) and accredited as a BEAM Professional, LEED AP, WELL AP is preferred;
• Well-versed in local environmental regulations;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Environmental Officer.
