EnviroTech Consulting is seeking an Environmental Engineer to monitor and improve environmental performance on projects. The role involves site inspections, audits, training, and ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of relevant experience, a degree in environmental disciplines, and professional qualifications such as BEAM Pro or LEED AP. Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred.

Formación

• Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science or equivalent.
• Knowledge of ISO 14000 Environmental Management System is an advantage
• 3-5 years' relevant experience in environmental management, monitoring and audit for construction projects is essential.
• Full understanding of the regulatory and legislative framework.
• Complete Environmental Officer course (CIC/ IVE).
• Professional qualification in environmental related disciplines like HKIQEP, BEAM Pro, LEED AP and/or WELL AP is a must.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, highly motivated and be able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and improve environmental performance of the Project.
• Responsible for routine site inspections and internal and external audits.
• Conduct training, promotion and complaint handling.
• Provide technical supports to ensure the Project complied with legal and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with site staff, subcontractors and client's representative for day-to-day activities.
• Monitoring and improve the site environmental performance.
• Prepare meetings, materials and presentations for green building certifications, e.g. BEAM Plus, LEED, WELL, etc.
• Carry out any ad hoc duties as required.
