Job summary

Senior Asset & Liability Management Manager

Supervise a small team for the formulation and implementation of policies and systems related to asset and liability management.

Monitor business development plans and annual business plans, analyse business budgets and assessment measures, optimise the structure of assets and liabilities, and maintain a dynamic balance of resource allocation.

Examine asset liability management, monitor and ensure the effective operation of ALCO meetings and other operational analysis meetings on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of banking experience. Familiar with commercial bank asset and liability allocation, budgeting and planning, operating analysis, etc.
• Professional qualification in FRM, CFA or CPA would be an advantage.
• Good data analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage.
