Job summary

10 Design, part of Egis Group, is seeking a Senior Architect in Hong Kong to lead architectural design across projects and manage a multidisciplinary team. You will coordinate client briefs, consultants, and internal disciplines to deliver high-quality architectural products on time and within budget.

The role requires 8+ years in architecture with strong design skills, PROPM/PM experience, and fluency in English; Mandarin/Cantonese desirable.

Qualifications

• Degree educated – RIBA Parts 1, 2 and 3 or equivalent.
• Registered architect – ARB or equivalent in country of origin.
• RIBA or equivalent membership preferred.
• Project Management experience.
• Excellent design skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and 3D Max is beneficial.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate architectural design across projects.
• Manage design teams and liaise with clients and external consultants.
• Ensure QA/QC and statutory compliance throughout projects.
• Coordinate design with multidisciplinary teams and schedules.
