The Senior Applications Developer - Salesforce will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with business needs. This role involves leveraging your expertise in Salesforce to optimize workflows and enhance system performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance Salesforce features such as custom objects, flows, rules, and security setups
• Deliver Taiwan‑specific Salesforce updates that align with local business and regulatory requirements
• Convert asset management operational needs into scalable Salesforce and database solutions
• Write and improve SQL Server queries to support data checks and reconciliation
• Support data pipelines, ETL flows, and integrations between Salesforce and related systems
• Contribute to Agile delivery cycles using JIRA for task tracking and Confluence for documentation
• Provide on‑the‑ground support to Taiwan stakeholders and coordinate with offshore/global teams

Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience developing on the Salesforce platform
• Knowledge of asset / investment management workflows (CRM, servicing, reporting, operations)
• Skilled in SQL Server, database querying, and data validation
• Understanding of ETL processes and system‑to‑system integrations
• Familiar with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Able to work closely with Taiwan business teams; Mandarin proficiency highly preferred
• Exposure to regional system support or integration patterns (REST/SOAP) is a plus
• Experience in production support or broader financial services is beneficial
