Job summary

Estee Lauder (Hong Kong) Ltd seeks an experienced ecommerce lead to drive growth across APAC for designated brands. You will own the online brand strategy, maximize revenue, and partner with Regional Brand to differentiate across platforms.

You will define online strategy, manage Brand Online P&L, coordinate APAC activations, and oversee Brand.com with SEO, UX, CRM and paid media to achieve traffic, sales and ROAS targets while collaborating with global and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ecommerce or digital marketing for consumer brands.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across regions and markets.
• Proven ability to drive growth and optimize online P&Ls.

Responsibilities

• Define Brand online strategy with Regional Brand.
• Own Brand Online P&L and revenue targets.
• Manage Regional online calendar and align execution with Regional Brand.
• Define APAC online activation portfolios with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee Brand.com performance, SEO, UX, CRM and paid media to meet KPIs.
