Citi APAC Cash Equity Execution seeks a director-level Sales Trader to lead and grow execution analytics and platform sales in APAC. You will partner with coverage and sales teams to drive business growth for priority client accounts, delivering customized algorithmic trading solutions and performance analysis.

The role requires deep equity trading knowledge, algorithmic and ML capabilities, and strong client engagement across top institutional clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in institutional sales/product sales
• Strong balance of technical and quantitative skills with client engagement
• Deep knowledge of equity trading, APAC markets and market issues
• Deep knowledge of algorithmic trading, liquidity venues and market microstructure
• Knowledge of client trading problem sets, benchmarks, Algo Wheel implementations, and trends in Electronic Trading
• Knowledge of Machine learning methodologies, including clustering, factor modeling, and advanced statistics
• Proven client relationships with institutional clients
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Fluency in additional languages preferred
• Coding skills in Python, KDB-Q, Excel-VBA

Responsabilités

• Work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to implement customized algorithmic trading solutions
• Provide Algo Execution & Liquidity product performance analysis and research for top clients across Cash & Prime
• Design, implement, and optimize trading solutions that improve Citi’s execution performance
• Publish content on Equity Trading topics to engage clients and market Citi’s execution products
• Develop execution analytics and models using available toolkit and product
• Develop relationships with client traders and quant decision makers to understand execution needs
• Support requirements gathering, data analysis, and presentations for client Algo Wheel implementations
