Job summary

KOS International Limited is seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager to lead analytics, reporting and insights across a dynamic, cross-functional business. This role will shape the analytics roadmap, improve data-driven decision-making, and deliver practical commercial and operational improvements.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Product to define KPI requirements and build scalable dashboards. Strong SQL and BI tool skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business analytics or BI.
• Experience leading analytics projects or teams.
• Strong KPI design, data modelling and dashboards.
• Advanced SQL with joins, CTEs, window functions.
• Proficient in Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
• Able to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in e-commerce, consumer goods, retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the analytics roadmap aligned with priorities.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Ops, Finance and Product.
• Develop executive dashboards and self-service reports.
• Establish KPI definitions and reporting standards.
• Translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Improve data quality, governance, and documentation.
• Lead forecasting, segmentation, attribution and optimization.
• Mentor team members or external resources when relevant.
