Job summary

Sun Life Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Manager for ALM Valuation to lead valuation, reporting and regulatory workstreams. You will oversee asset modelling, investment earnings analysis and scenario testing, while coaching team members and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure governance and timely execution.

The role requires 8–12 years in insurance/ALM, with strong technical skills and the ability to operate in a complex regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics or related discipline is required.
• 8–12 years of relevant insurance, actuarial, ALM, financial reporting, investment analytics or risk management experience.
• Actuarial, CFA, FRM or equivalent professional progress or qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ALM valuation and financial reporting workstreams, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with Actuarial, Investments, Finance, Risk and regional/corporate ALM teams.
• Provide coaching and technical review to team members.
