Job summary

AIA Digital+ seeks an experienced actuarial systems leader to govern and execute IFRS17 system changes, EV reporting, and budgeting across BUs in Asia. You will align risk policies, manage production, and collaborate with IT, while building governance around model change requests.

Strong leadership, 12+ years in life insurance, and Prophet expertise are essential to drive scalable solutions in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in life insurance with 8+ years in management.
• Actuarial qualification or equivalent.
• Advanced Prophet, Excel, Alteryx, Python and BI tools proficiency.
• Strong problem solving, reporting and people leadership.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Govern, manage and execute the actuarial system change.
• Align actuarial model risk policy for governance.
• Support governance committee to prioritize model changes.
• Manage the model production lifecycle.
• Collaborate with ASSC, LBU and IT on production issues.
• Train LBU Prophet experts; support Prophet training programs.
