Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior AI SDLC Enablement Engineer to embed AI tooling into the software development lifecycle across client environments in Hong Kong. This hands-on role drives deployment, configuration and adoption of EPAM’s AI SDLC tooling ecosystem, including playbooks, templates and integrated guidance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineering with CI/CD, code review, automated testing and agile delivery.
• Experience using AI coding assistants in real engineering workflows.
• Ability to coach engineering teams through workshops and pair programming.
• Analytical approach to tool evaluation and presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Strong communication to tailor content for developers to executives.
• Experience adapting to different codebases and delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Master EPAM's AI SDLC tooling portfolio and configuration.
• Lead deployment and adoption within client engineering organizations.
• Embed AI assistance across the full software development lifecycle.
• Design and deliver enablement programs: workshops, pair programming, self-serve materials.
• Evaluate tooling options against real delivery use cases to inform roadmaps.
• Build and maintain deployment playbooks, templates and guides.
• Track adoption and impact metrics such as cycle-time reduction and developer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with AI practice and account teams to translate capabilities into proposals.
