Job summary

Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank seeks a Senior Digital Program Specialist - AI Model Engineer to evaluate, adapt and optimize AI models within the Bank's business and knowledge context. You will collaborate with AI product managers and platform teams to deliver secure, scalable enterprise AI capabilities.

The role requires expertise in large language models, semantic modelling and knowledge graphs, plus hands-on engineering across model APIs, data mappings and retrieval strategies.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in AI or ML engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Strong understanding of AI models and LLMs.
• Experience with knowledge grounding, ontologies, and retrieval-augmented generation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and benchmark AI models against business scenarios.
• Develop evaluation datasets, tests and acceptance criteria.
• Recommend models and configurations and optimize prompts.
• Design ontologies, semantic models and knowledge graphs for enterprise data.
