The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) seeks a (Senior) Digital Program Specialist - AI Model Engineer to evaluate, adapt and optimize AI models and their applications within the Bank. You will work with AI product managers and platform teams on model selection, retrieval and agent design, driving secure and scalable AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of AI/ML engineering, knowledge engineering, semantic tech or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, data science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of AI models (LLMs), model selection, configuration and performance optimization.
• Hands-on capability in semantic modelling, ontology design or knowledge graphs for enterprise data.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and benchmark AI models against business scenarios, including accuracy, safety and cost.
• Develop evaluation datasets, tests and acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Design and implement domain ontologies, semantic models and knowledge graphs for AI apps.
