Job summary

China Mobile International Limited seeks a Senior AI Infrastructure O&M Engineer to lead end-to-end governance, reliability, and incident response for its AI/HPC data center. You will own cluster management, steer high-severity troubleshooting, and mentor teams to achieve world-class operational excellence.

The role requires advanced degrees, 3+ years in AI/HPC ops or 2+ years in DevOps/IoT, and strong expertise in GPUs/NPUs, observability stacks, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in CS/Software/Networking or related STEM field.
• 3+ years in AI/HPC data center ops OR 2+ years in software development/DevOps/IoT platform engineering.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end AI/HPC infra ops, GPUs/NPUs, high-speed interconnects, and storage networks.
• Experience with Linux admin and enterprise databases (MySQL, Oracle).
• Certifications from vendors (RHCE/RHCA, CCNP/CCIE, HCIP/HCIE) preferred.
• Ability to lead and train teams (10+ engineers).

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operational governance of AI/HPC infrastructure.
• Lead major incident response for critical failures and cluster outages.
• Drive observability and asset management improvements across the AI cluster.
• Provide technical gatekeeping during facility/cluster expansion and construction.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers; develop training curricula and manage spare parts inventory.
