KOS International Talent Group in Hong Kong is seeking an AI/ML engineer to develop AI POCs and turn successful solutions into reusable platform capabilities. You will build multi-agent workflows for construction documentation, compliance checking, and BQ verification, and develop retrieval, reasoning, and structured-output features to ensure auditable results.

Competenze

• Hands-on AI/ML engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in LLMs, RAG, multi-agent systems and structured outputs.
• Proficient in Python and LangGraph or similar agent-orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with tool integration, state management, retries and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Comfortable with Python and TypeScript full-stack development.

Requirements

• at least 2+ years in hands-on AI/ML engineering
• Strong expertise in LLMs, RAG, multi-agent systems and structured outputs.
• Proficient in Python and LangGraph or similar agent-orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with tool integration, state management, retries and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Comfortable with Python and TypeScript full-stack development.
• Practical, adaptable and comfortable working in a startup environment.
• Document understanding, OCR or compliance automation experience is a plus.
• Open to international exposure across APAC and beyond
