Job summary

KOS International Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an AI/ML engineer to develop AI POCs and transform winning solutions into reusable platform capabilities. You will design multi-agent workflows for construction documentation, compliance checking, and BQ verification, and you will benchmark LLMs to ensure auditable results on the Mink platform.

You should be proficient in Python and LangGraph or similar orchestration frameworks, with hands-on experience in Python and TypeScript full-stack

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on AI/ML engineering experience.
• Expertise in LLMs, RAG, multi-agent systems and structured outputs.
• Proficient in Python and LangGraph or similar agent-orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with tool integration, state management, retries and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Comfortable with Python and TypeScript full-stack development.
• Practical, adaptable and comfortable working in a startup environment.
• Document understanding, OCR or compliance automation experience is a plus.
• Open to international exposure across APAC and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI POCs and turn successful solutions into reusable platform capabilities.
• Build multi-agent workflows for construction documentation, compliance checking and BQ verification.
• Develop retrieval, reasoning and structured-output capabilities to ensure auditable results.
• Benchmark LLMs and maintain reusable AI agents on the Mink platform.
• Integrate CAD/drawing inputs and collaborate with domain experts to embed compliance requirements.
• Develop front-end and back-end applications and evaluate emerging AI technologies.
