Job summary

Concord Fortune Group in Hong Kong is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the full AP cycle, coordinate payments, and assist with monthly reporting. The role requires a degree in accounting/finance and at least five years of relevant experience, with strong Excel skills and bilingual English/Chinese capability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Must possess knowledge of a full set of accounts.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Experience in catering, property leasing, or trading industries will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable Management: Handle the full AP cycle, including invoice processing, verification, and payment scheduling.
• Payment Execution: Prepare cheques and arrange regular payment runs to ensure timely settlement.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of management accounts and monthly financial reports.
• Audit Coordination: Serve as a key contact for auditors and assist in year-end audit procedures.
• Treasury Support: Monitor cash flow and liquidity levels for group entities and provide regular updates.
• Ad-hoc Duties: Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
