Job summary

Meology Limited is seeking an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager to drive digital marketing strategy from ideation to execution. You will own reporting and KPIs for campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment.

The role focuses on managing client relationships, developing content strategies, and delivering measurable outcomes across social media and digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account service experience in Advertising, Media, Marketing or related disciplines, preferably on digital projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram; YouTube/LinkedIn optional).
• Strong client interaction skills with the ability to translate needs into digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide digital marketing solutions from ideation to evaluation for clients.
• Guard client social media presence; lead content strategy, calendars, community management, and ad optimization.
• Prepare reports and dashboards; translate learnings into actionable optimizations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on digital projects including video, KOL outreach, websites and AR development.

About the role

As an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager at Meology, you’ll be a part of a team that manages our latest portfolio of brands. You’ll drive the digital marketing strategy from ideation to execution and own the reporting and KPIs of your campaigns. What you’ll be taking care of:

• Provide digital marketing solutions to clients, driving the full process from idea generation, execution, to evaluation
• Serve as the guardian to our clients’ social media pages, being in-charge of the content strategy, content calendar, community management, ad placement & optimization and so forth
• Prepare reports and dashboards to derive meaningful learnings from data, and translate learnings into actions
• Work closely with clients and internal teams on digital projects & campaigns, including but not limited to video production, KOL outreach, website & AR development, etc.

Requirements

What you’ll bring to the table:

• 3-5 years of account service experience in Advertising, Media, Marketing or related disciplines, preferable on projects with digital solutions
• Have operational knowledge on how to manage key social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram (YouTube and Linkedin would be optional)
• Comfortable interacting with clients of all levels and industry backgrounds
• Willingness to think big but at the same time be practical and get things done
• Ability to identify clients’ needs and match them with our digital solutions
• A strong communicator and a team player
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
