Job summary

REB Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd invites a motivated Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain software for semiconductor package equipment. You will collaborate with hardware engineers and process specialists to deliver robust solutions.

The role focuses on control algorithms, machine interfaces, motion control in micron scale, and integration with machine vision and MES communication. Fresh graduates and IANG holders are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or automation-related fields; over one year of practical development experience preferred.
• Familiarity with C++ or C# software architecture and ability to develop advanced applications.
• Knowledge of motion control technology and relevant practical experience is preferred.
• Experience in image processing technology and project development is preferred.
• Strong learning skills, clear logical thinking, and innovative capabilities.
• Experience with equipment control software, automation, or embedded systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop control algorithms and logic for equipment control software.
• Implement user interface for machine operations
• Debug, test, and maintain software functions.
• Realize the manufacturing process automation through motion control in micron scale
• Integrate with machine vision software for alignment and inspection in micron scale
• Implement industrial standard network protocols to communicate with manufacturing executing system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software with hardware systems.
