Accenture is seeking a Digital Core - Security Transformation Manager to strengthen client cybersecurity postures through design, implementation, and continuous improvement of security controls and architectures. You will work with client CISOs and global security experts to address regulatory needs while enabling business growth and resilience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technology consulting, or information security.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and security technologies.
• Experience in security operations, incident response, cybersecurity engineering, or related technical domains.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate in diverse, cross-functional, and global teams.
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, SSCP, CISSP, or CISM) are preferred.
• Proactive and resilient self-starter with strong client engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Technical Implementation: Deploy and configure security controls across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Security Operations: Monitor and respond to security events and incidents; support root-cause analysis.
• Platform Security: Embed security requirements throughout the technology lifecycle.
• Continuous Improvement: Review and enhance security processes, controls, and technologies.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain documentation and prepare reports for management.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate risks to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Professional Development: Participate in training to build cybersecurity expertise.
• Client Advisory & Business Development: Support client engagements and contribute to proposals and presentations.
