Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is seeking a vigilant Security Officer to join our guest safety team. You will participate in daily security operations to ensure the safety and well-being of guests, colleagues and the premises, and respond to emergencies with calm, professional judgment.

This full-time role offers 5 days per week, a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for training and development within a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Hold a Valid Security Personnel Permit
• Hold a Valid Certified First-Aider certification
• High level of integrity and discretion
• Experience in luxury hotel operations or security preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in the daily security operations to ensure the security, safety and well-being of all guests, personnel, visitors, and the premises
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers
• Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to guests and employees
• Protect the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues
• Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control and accident investigations
