Crypto.com is seeking an IT Support/Operations professional in Hong Kong to serve as the first line of IT support, manage endpoints, patching, and vulnerability remediation. The role emphasizes secure handling of access, identity, and threat prevention while enabling AI tools with guardrails.
You will work with a security‑minded team to protect users, data, and infrastructure, ensuring least privilege provisioning and timely onboarding/offboarding across devices and services.
Crypto.com is supported by a Security Team that leads the company’s Security, Privacy, and Security Compliance efforts. The team includes professionals with international patents in security technologies, under the guidance of a Chief Information Security Officer who reports to the CEO. The team maintains certifications such as ISO27001, ISO27701, ISO22301, PCI DSS 3.2.1 (Level 1), NIST Tier 4, SOC 2 Type II, and the MPI License from Singapore MAS.
