Job summary

Ambition in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Governance Assistant Manager to lead end-to-end security deployments across the firm's portfolio, focusing on DSPM, database protection, and application whitelisting.

The role requires 5+ years in IT project management with strong cybersecurity expertise, and fluent English and Mandarin for collaboration with internal and external partners. You will build governance frameworks and ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience with proven depth in cybersecurity domains.
• Track record managing complex IT projects with diverse technical and business stakeholders.
• Self-motivated team player with analytical, organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end security deployments focusing on DSPM, DB protection, and application whitelisting.
• Build and maintain governance frameworks to monitor, engineer, deploy, and govern the firm's IT security toolset.
• Partner with business units and IT teams to evaluate and roll out emerging security initiatives.
• Provide hands-on domain support across Web Gateways, Proxies, and AI security technologies.
• Establish strong, collaborative relationships with key business and technical partners.
• Ensure deployments align with internal policies, regulatory standards, and training protocols.
