Job summary

CLSA is seeking a PM to lead engineering projects within the IT security portfolio in Hong Kong. The role involves planning, designing, and deploying IT security solutions to align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Specifically, you will establish governance frameworks, collaborate with business partners and IT teams, and provide cross-domain security support, including proxy, web gateway and AI security. Strong English and Chinese communication is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related domain discipline.
5-8 years of project management experience in IT security domains.
Familiarity with Cyber Security in banking/finance sector.
Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently with attention to detail and result-driven.
Excellent command of English and Chinese (Mandarin).

Responsibilities

Lead engineering projects for IT security portfolio such as DSPM, database security and application whitelisting.
Plan, design and manage deployment of IT security solutions to support business and security objectives.
Establish and maintain a framework providing overview of engineering, deployment, usage and governance of IT security tools.
Engage in new IT security initiatives in collaboration with business partners and IT teams.
Provide technical support across IT security domains including proxy, web gateway, and AI security.
Monitor and enhance governance and operational use of security technologies across the organization.
