• Handle daily client on-boarding process such as document checking, name screening and statistical reporting.
• Manage and update clients’ database.
• Responsible for handling customer inquiries with professional manner.
• Handle internal procedural documents, such as payment applications, seal applications, material application forms, etc.
• Mid/back office support.
• Assist other ad hoc tasks.
