GenEditBio Limited in Hong Kong seeks a research scientist to apply DNA/RNA techniques and advance genome editing methods. You will contribute to establishing protocols across cloning, CRISPR, mutant libraries, qPCR, and mRNA synthesis.

The role also involves developing NGS-based workflows to drive target projects, supporting CRISPR editing efficiency and off-target profiling, and helping ensure on-time delivery of experiments within a fast-paced biotech setting.

• Apply and establish techniques for DNA/RNA experiments (cloning, CRISPR, mutant library construction, qPCR, mRNA synthesis)
• Develop NGS-based methods to support target projects
• Support gene editing and therapy work including CRISPR editing efficiency, off-target profiling and genome correction
• Manage experiment timelines
