Job summary

Fides Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead SAP Supply Chain initiatives in Hong Kong. You will gather requirements from stakeholders, document functional specifications for MM, SD and PP, and design process models for current and future operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with 3+ years in SAP SCM implementations or support.
• Strong expertise in SAP SCM modules: MM, SD, Inventory Management, and Demand Planning.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional specification documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels from operators to senior management.
• Experience with SAP implementation methodologies (ASAP or similar) and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for clear specifications.
• Experience in change management and user training within enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed requirements gathering from business stakeholders.
• Document functional and technical specs for SAP MM, SD, and PP modules.
• Develop process models and workflow diagrams for current and future operations.
