Job summary

Fides Solutions Limited is looking for an experienced SAP Analyst to configure, test, and deploy SAP modules across FI, MM, SCM, and HR. You will analyse business processes, translate requirements into technical SAP solutions, and support system improvements.

Responsibilities include user training, documentation, troubleshooting, and collaborating with PMs and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals. SAP HANA/cloud knowledge and APAC familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as SAP Analyst or similar in project environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI, MM, SCM, or HR.
• Experience with SAP implementations and lifecycle management.
• Ability to gather requirements and analyse business processes.
• Proficient in SAP reporting tools and BI solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA or cloud SAP preferred.
• Familiar with Asia-Pacific business environments.

Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP system issues, working with cross-functional teams to resolve problems efficiently

Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to ensure effective system adoption and usage

Monitor SAP system performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement

Collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with organisational goals

Assist in system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities to ensure business continuity

Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation for all system configurations and custom developments

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a SAP Analyst or in a similar role within programme and project management environments

Strong knowledge of SAP modules, particularly in finance (FI), materials management (MM), supply chain management (SCM), or human resources (HR)

Experience with SAP implementation projects and system lifecycle management

Sound understanding of business process analysis and requirements gathering

Proficiency in SAP reporting tools and business intelligence solutions

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience is advantageous

Knowledge of SAP HANA or cloud-based SAP solutions is preferred

Familiarity with Asia-Pacific business environments and practices is a plus
