Job summary

Swing Consulting Ltd. is seeking an experienced SAP Architect to join their team in Hong Kong. You will align enterprise architecture with business goals, lead SAP ERP Public Cloud designs, and guide project teams through technical execution.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of enterprise architecture experience, with at least 3 years in SAP ERP Public Cloud. A strong background in retail business processes, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin are essential. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Align enterprise architecture with client business goals and retail growth strategies.
• Lead the design and structural planning of SAP ERP Public Cloud solutions.
• Seamlessly integrate SAP with existing client retail infrastructure and business systems.
• Ensure all architectural designs meet data security and Hong Kong regulatory requirements.
• Guide and mentor internal project teams through technical execution.
• Effectively present complex architecture solutions to high-level client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in CS, IT, or related fields.
• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, including 3+ years of hands‑on SAP ERP Public Cloud experience.
• Certifications like TOGAF or SAP Certified Enterprise Architect are a plus.
• Strong background in retail/F&B business processes, including merchandising, inventory, finance, and omnichannel.
• Solid knowledge of SAP frameworks, cloud systems, and system integration; familiarity with Hong Kong data compliance standards is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and technical documentation skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is required.
