Job summary

ExxonMobil Hong Kong Limited is seeking an IT Applications Support Analyst to provide functional and technical support for SAP applications including ECC/S/4HANA and related business systems.

You will monitor incidents, troubleshoot SAP issues, support integrations, and collaborate with global teams to ensure stable SAP operations, upgrades, and process improvements. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SAP Application Support or a similar IT support role.
• Experience supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Knowledge of SAP modules MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with global teams and end users; familiarity with Agile and ITIL.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve SAP incidents, service requests, and work orders within SLA targets.
• Troubleshoot issues across SAP applications and business processes.
• Support SAP integrations, interfaces, batch jobs, and third-party applications.
• Analyze root causes and work with teams to implement fixes.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and change management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Develop and maintain support documentation and user guides.
• Provide proactive communication regarding system issues and resolutions.
