Randstad Hong Kong Limited seeks a seasoned SAP ByDesign and SAP Concur support specialist to deliver day-to-day functional and business application support. You will resolve incidents, perform root-cause analysis, gather requirements, and coordinate UAT and post-implementation reviews with stakeholders.

The role also covers deploying IT General Controls, audit evidence maintenance, and guidance on ERP standards across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sales.

Qualifications

• Functional support experience in SAP Business ByDesign or similar cloud SAP ERP environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Concur or similar enterprise expense management platforms.
• Experience in audit, compliance, ITGC controls, and SAP access-control activities.
• Proven track record gathering business requirements, managing change requests, and executing UAT testing.
• Knowledge or experience with SAP CPI integrations is a strong advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day functional and business application support to SAP ByDesign and SAP Concur users, resolving incidents and coordinating swift issue resolution.
• Analyze user queries and incidents, conduct root cause analysis, manage service backlogs, and act as a local escalation point for major service disruptions.
• Gather business requirements, prepare system change requests, and coordinate end-to-end UAT and post-implementation reviews with stakeholders.
• Accountable for deploying and monitoring all IT General Controls for security, maintaining audit evidence per SAP requirements.
• Support business users across SAP ByD modules—Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Project Management, and Sales.
• Guide stakeholders on ERP standards, procedures, and industry best practices to enhance service quality.
