This position is responsible for sales of transactional products through indirect sales channel. Provides leadership to direct/indirect sales channels and/or fully responsible to handle all aspects of sales and marketing activities that ensure sustainable business growth and gain market share. Monitors key indicators’ performance and provides coaching and development activities for internal staffs and external partners. Formulate sales strategy for the assigned territory or products, develop sales forecast, budget and manpower planning; supervises and trains distributors/ dealers/retailers and/or sales force to achieve sales targets; pursue key prospects, negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales for businesses/projects. Lead transformative growth across the entire business value chain while supporting the company and partners to exceed customers’ expectations.
