Job summary

Jushi Group (HK) Sinosia Composite Materials Company Limited is seeking a seasoned Sales & Administration professional to manage order entry, invoicing, and order-to-cash processes. You will coordinate logistics for overseas orders, build strong customer relationships, and prepare comprehensive sales and GP reports. Occasional travel may be required.

Immediate availability is preferred. Candidate should have at least 5 years in a trading environment, a university degree or higher, excellent

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a trading firm
• University or above
• Good command of English (spoken/written) is a must; Mandarin is advantageous
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Independent, proactive, well organized and hardworking
• Immediate availability preferred
• Occasional travel may be required

Responsibilities

• Handle Sales & Administration duties: order entry, billing and invoicing, order-to-cash flow, logistics coordination
• Follow up overseas customer orders and projects efficiently
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Prepare sales and analysis reports (sales, GP, market research) with analysis
• Handle ad hoc projects

Job description

Follow up and handle Sales & Administration duties including order entry, billing and invoiting, handling and monitoring from order to cash, logistics arrangement etc;

Follow up oversea customer orders and projects efficiently.

Build and maintain good customer relationships;

Prepare Sales and analysis reports e.g. sales report, GP report, market research report etc with analysis.

Handle with ad hoc projects.

Requirements

At least 5 years related working experience particular in trading firm;

University or above;

Good command in spoken and written English is a must; And good command in spoken and written Mandarin will be definitely advantage;

Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;

Able to work independently, proactively, Self-motivated, well organized,hard working and eager to learn;

Immediate availability is definite preferred;

Travel is occasionally required.
