Job summary

Phaidon International is seeking ambitious Recruitment Consultants in Hong Kong. You’ll leverage your sales skills to win new business, build lasting client relationships, source top talent, and manage the full recruitment process from first conversation through to placement.

No recruitment experience is required, but you’ll need drive, resilience, confidence, and the ambition to succeed in a high-performance environment where your results directly impact your earnings and career progression.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in sales, business development, account management, or another client-facing role.
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Resilience, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
• Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to build and grow your market end-to-end.

Responsibilities
