Job summary

Plan In Interior & Contracting Co., Ltd. seeks a Safety Supervisor to assist in implementing safety, health, and environmental policies on our sites. You will help ensure operations meet safety standards and monitor subcontractors for compliance.

The role requires a higher diploma in OSH or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong English/Chinese communication, MS Word/Excel skills, and immediate availability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• Knowledge of safety/environmental related Ordinances and Regulations.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibilities.
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese; MS Word and Excel typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing company safety, health, and environmental policies on sites.
• Ensure site operations comply with safety standards and requirements.
• Monitor subcontractors' performance on occupational safety and health.
• Assist in site inspections and conducting training.
• Assist in carrying out accident investigations and preparing analyses.
• Take on ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job description

Assist in implementing company policies of occupational safety, health, and environmental issues, and ensure our sites are met with safety standard

Ensure the site operations comply with safety standards and requirements

Monitor subcontractor's performance on occupational safety and health

Assist in carrying out site inspection and conducting training

Assist in carrying out accident investigations and preparing analysis reports

Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Who are we looking for?

Higher Diploma or above in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent
