Job summary

Goldwave Steel Structure Engineering Limited is seeking a Construction Site Safety Supervisor to oversee OSH and environmental compliance on site. You will conduct inspections, support safety policy implementation, maintain records, inspect incidents, deliver toolbox talks, and coordinate with project teams.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Construction Safety, or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of construction site safety supervision experience.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong occupational safety regulations and site safety requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff at all levels.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily toolbox talks and safety briefings to promote safety awareness.
• Coordinate with project teams and relevant parties on safety matters and site improvements.
• Support emergency response activities and perform other ad hoc duties.

Assist in implementing and enforcing company safety policies, site safety procedures, and statutory regulations

Assist in preparing and maintaining safety documentation, including inspection records, daily safety logs, and input for risk assessments

Assist the project team in investigating accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases

Deliver daily toolbox talks, safety briefings, and guidance to site personnel to promote safety awareness

Coordinate with project teams and relevant parties on safety matters and site improvement initiatives

Support emergency response activities and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

About you

Certificate or Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Construction Safety, or related discipline

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in construction site safety supervision

Familiar with Hong Kong occupational safety regulations and construction site safety requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Valid First Aid Certificate is an advantage
