Job summary

MTR Corporation Limited 香港鐵路有限公司 is seeking an experienced professional to support corporate safety, quality and environment governance strategies. The role focuses on implementing frameworks, monitoring performance, and advising Business Units on governance matters.

You will coordinate health and safety programmes, drive digital solutions for reporting, and lead cross-functional efforts to promote best practices and continuous improvement across the Corporation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Safety / Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Preferred: recognized qualifications in Safety, Quality Management, Auditing, or related disciplines; RSO and/or RSA; Lead Auditor (ISO 9001/45001).
• Strong knowledge of safety and quality management systems, assurance methodologies, and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and enhancement of safety, quality and environment governance strategies.
• Coordinate health and safety programmes, standards, and performance monitoring.
• Plan and coordinate promotion, engagement, and competency development initiatives.
• Provide professional support to Business Units and stakeholders on governance matters.
• Collaborate to promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the Corporation.
• Assist development and implementation of digital solutions to enhance reporting and analytics.
