Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide production supports, investigate and fix application problems
• Handle ad-hoc service requests and user enquiries
• Participate in RPA development – formulate ideas, collecting and analyzing user requirements, product design, implementation, testing, and implementation
• Provide analysis and track opportunities in automation processes
• Provide help for liaise with various business / technical units, daily communications with different stakeholders and follow up enquiries

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma holders or above in Computer Science / Information Technology or other relevant subjects
• Minimum 2 years RPA programming working experience
• Holders with UiPath Certifications (e.g. UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA) / UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) would be an advantage
