Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Law, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-year relevant working experience welcome.
• Strong teamwork, initiative and sense of responsibility.
• Excellent English and Chinese; strong business writing skills.
• Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and enhancement of risk management framework, ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Monitor daily position changes and risk exposures; prepare timely daily risk reports and analysis for senior management.
• Prepare regular management reports and conduct periodic reviews of risk policies, guidelines, and control measures.
• Assist in improving and automating risk reporting processes, control procedures, and related workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
• Support risk management system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and data validation.
• Maintain effective communication with front-office teams; provide recommendations on risk control strategies.
• Assist in other ad-hoc risk management projects as assigned.
