Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and enhancement of risk management framework, ensuring regulatory alignment.

• Prepare regular management reports and conduct periodic reviews of risk policies, guidelines, and control measures.
• Assist in improving and automating risk reporting processes, control procedures, and related workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
• Support risk management system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and data validation.
• Maintain effective communication with front-office teams; provide recommendations on risk control strategies.
• Assist in other ad-hoc risk management projects as assigned.

Job description

Support the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Company’s comprehensive risk management framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal risk appetite;

Monitor daily position changes and risk exposures; prepare timely daily risk reports and analysis for relevant business units and senior management;

Prepare regular management reports and conduct periodic reviews of relevant risk policies, procedural guidelines, and control measures;

Assist in improving and automating risk reporting processes, control procedures, and related workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy;

Support risk management system upgrades, enhancements, and testing; perform system-related user acceptance testing and data validation as required;

Maintain effective communication with front-office teams; provide constructive recommendations on risk control strategies while strictly adhering to established risk management principles and bottom lines;

Assist in other ad-hoc risk management projects and initiatives as assigned by the department.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Law, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines;

Fresh graduates or candidates with 1‑year relevant working experience in financial services are welcome;

Self-motivated, passionate and strong team spirit Open-minded, willing to embrace changes and accept challenges;

Exhibit a strong sense of teamwork, responsibility, and initiative, along with excellent communication skills;

Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, good business writing skills for preparing internal reports, risk memos.
