Job summary

Guotai Junan International Holdings Limited in Hong Kong seeks an Analyst/Assistant Manager for Counterparty Risk. You will evaluate counterparty credit risk, prepare credit memos, propose limits, and participate in due diligence and documentation negotiations.

You will handle CCR-related collateralization, monitor exposures, and coordinate with risk teams and front-line units to ensure timely reporting and controls.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance / Risk Management / Business.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial institutions.
• Knowledge of derivatives is a plus.
• CFA/FRM is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills under time pressure.
• Detail oriented and team player with good planning and execution.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist to evaluate counterparty credit risk and prepare credit memos.
• Propose credit limits and make recommendations.
• Prepare risk assessments and participate in due diligence when required.
• Assist in documentation negotiations.
• Perform CCR-related collateralization and margin calls.
• Monitor counterparty credit profiles and exposures; escalate as needed.
• Communicate with risk team, front office units and support functions.
• Prepare CCR reporting tasks and participate in UAT and testing.
