Job summary

Sanderson-iKas Hong Kong is seeking a professional to join a regional change and transformation team within a leading international financial institution. You will support business and technology initiatives across private banking and wealth management platforms, focusing on trade controls, surveillance processes, regulatory change and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk controls, business analysis, project management or change management within financial services.
• Good understanding of the trade lifecycle, including order placement, execution, booking and settlement.
• Experience working with investment products and control frameworks within private banking, wealth management or capital markets.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent communicator.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements across trading, control and surveillance processes.
• Partner with Front Office, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Technology teams to deliver business change initiatives.
• Support the design and enhancement of pre-trade and post-trade controls to strengthen risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate UAT, process reviews, issue resolution and implementation activities.
• Track project deliverables, timelines, dependencies and stakeholder communications.
